We are building CRM applications, both in the narrower sense of the word, i.e. applications used by the sales team, and in a broader sense also covering other functions (e.g. including also customer service). Thanks to the fact that Qalcwise is an integrated environment, we can easily use the same data (download and transfer data), eg an application in which we manage products or orders of clients. Thanks to this, in a simple way, without the need to integrate the application as is the case with typical CRM, we can create processional processes such as CPQ (cost-price-quote), sales forecasting by a distributed team, product training, customer service requests and many more.
Why do so many CRM implementations fail?
CRM, frequently implemented with a large amount of resources and effort, is too complicated, inflexible or imposing predefined structures and processes. If the choice of the company falls on this type of solution, it usually ends with "technical implementation with success" and "organizational failure".

What's more, thanks to the fact that building applications in Qalcwise does not require writing code or programming knowledge, our clients are able to independently develop and modify the applications prepared by us. If there is a sales analyst with a good excel skill in the commercial department, after short training, he/she will certainly be able to build new processes and reports on his/her own.
